About WCNY-IPA
The WCNY-IPA is the only statewide, genuine peer-run collaborative in New York. Our partners provide an array of services that meet or exceed national best practice standards.
Our Mission: “To eliminate the disparities and marginalization of care in NYS communities through the development and implementation of best practices for peer support that are innovative, peer-run, holistic, and trauma informed.”
Regional Peer Network (RPN)
The Regional Peer Networks are a special project of the WCNY-IPA. We have one RPN Partner organization in each of the five Office of Mental Health regions.
Each RPN Partner staffs a RPN Coordinator to serve as a local ambassador to bring larger awareness around building peer support and the peer workforce, as well as improving the quality of peer services and their outcomes.
